Terms of Service

Using this site

By using this website, you agree to these terms. This site provides information about drain and sewer services in Rockwall, Texas and the surrounding lake towns, and a form for requesting service. Nothing on this site is a quote, a guarantee of outcome, or a contract for work. A quote comes only from a written scope after inspection, and work begins only when you accept that scope.

Service requests

Submitting the request form does not create an appointment by itself. We respond to requests and confirm scheduling directly. If your situation is an emergency, such as sewage backing up into the home, use the emergency service page and tell us plainly what is happening so the request is prioritized correctly.

Content on this site

All content on this site belongs to Rockwall Drain and Sewer Co. You may read and share it for personal use. You may not copy substantial portions of it onto another website. Service descriptions explain how work is done in general; the specifics of your job depend on what the camera shows and what the crew finds on site.

Limits of this site

This site does not provide plumbing advice for other trades, and it does not diagnose a problem without inspection. Descriptions of drain and sewer problems are educational. If you are unsure whether a situation is safe, stop using water and contact a professional rather than relying on a web page.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change, and the updated version will appear on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
